Please note these rates may often have points* associated with them.  These points are also fees in addition to the fees listed above.  If you see a negative percentage listed next to a rate; that is the percentage of your loan amount in closing cost credits given back to you by the lender.

For example:  $200,000 loan with -0.375% Points would equal $750.00 in closing cost credits.

The fees listed are only lender and third party fees and do not include title/escrow fees, pre-paid interest, hazard insurance, mortgage insurance and property taxes.  When you are rate and fee shopping, it is the lender, broker and third party fees you will need to pay attention to.  These affect the APR (Annual Percentage Rate).  Title/Escrow fees, pre-paid interest, hazard insurance, mortgage insurance and property taxes will be the same regardless of the company you choose to do business with.
